Should the goods you receive be incorrect because of our error we will pay for all carriage costs - including those of the safe return of the items.

If unopened and unused, we will accept the return of items, and refund your money in full, excluding our and your postage costs.
All refunds will be made within 14 days from receipt of returned goods, by the original payment method.
All cheque refunds will be made in UK£ Sterling only, drawn on a UK Bank. Please use the returns form enclosed with your original parcel.

Opened items are only accepted should the product be of an unacceptable quality.
In this very unlikely event, please complete the Returns Claim Form and return.
Should our products fall below the high standards we adhere to, all carriage costs will be refunded.
